A、工作原理：通過(guò)燃?xì)猓簹?、液化氣、天然氣）加熱或使用電加熱（電鋁板、電熱管、電磁爐）加熱鐵板到工作做溫度，由燃?xì)忾_(kāi)關(guān)或加熱數(shù)字溫度控制鐵板溫度，由風(fēng)閥控制抽風(fēng)量大小。
B、用風(fēng)量：
燃?xì)忤F板燒設(shè)備：煤氣（2.92m3/Hr）;液化氣（0.98kg/Hr）；天然氣（1.2m3/Hr）
電加熱鐵板燒設(shè)備：加熱器采用加熱管加熱：380V/8KW；加熱器采用特殊鋁板制加熱盤：380V/7KW；加熱器采用電磁爐加熱盤：380V/8KW；
C、鐵板材質(zhì)：鐵板采用20-28mm鐵板燒特殊鋼板，加工中心洗刨一體成型，不變形、不變色、耐高溫。
D、排風(fēng)要求：風(fēng)量2000m3/h/臺(tái)，風(fēng)速12m/s風(fēng)管可接到室外，視具體情況定（可參考風(fēng)管走向示意圖）
E、內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)：
1、主熱系統(tǒng)：燃?xì)猓翰捎秒p圈雙火燃燒器，由燃?xì)忾_(kāi)關(guān)控制鐵板燒溫度，主熱范圍500mm x 500mm。
2、保溫系統(tǒng)：主熱以外的面積就是保溫系統(tǒng)，其溫度控制在100度以下，人性化設(shè)計(jì)，避免客戶好奇觸摸鐵板而帶來(lái)的安全隱患。
3、防火系統(tǒng)：防止明火進(jìn)入排風(fēng)管道的功能，杜絕明火帶來(lái)的安全隱患。
4、廢氣處理系統(tǒng)：使設(shè)備內(nèi)部的廢氣正常的循環(huán)排出。
5、油煙處理系統(tǒng)：設(shè)備內(nèi)部的油煙分離系統(tǒng)可使內(nèi)部油煙不進(jìn)入排風(fēng)管道，直接滴在集油抽屜中。
F、設(shè)備外部裝飾：可根據(jù)自己店內(nèi)裝修格調(diào)、檔次來(lái)裝飾，或由本公司制作，裝飾臺(tái)面可采用進(jìn)口黑金砂大理石或鋼化玻璃（反面噴金砂）， 黑檀木或黑胡桃木飾外圍。

E：The internal structure:
1, The main heating system: gas: the double ring double fire burner, teppanyaki temperature controlled by gas switch, the main thermal range 500 mm x 500mm.
2, Heat preservation system: the area of the main heat is heat preservation system, its temperature control at 100 degrees, humanized design, avoid customer curious touch iron plate and bring security hidden danger.
4, Waste gas processing system, make the equipment within the normal discharge waste gas.
5, Lampblack processing system: the equipment within the lampblack separation system can make the internal lampblack not into the exhaust pipe, directly drops in oil in the drawer.
F, Equipment external decoration：according to oneself to decorate the store decoration style, class, or produced by our company, decoration can adopt imported black gold sand marble mesa or toughened glass spray (opposite the gold sand), Ebony or black walnut is acted the role of peripheral.
