1、首先開(kāi)啟風(fēng)機(jī)電源，檢查抽風(fēng)系統(tǒng)，正常后再進(jìn)行下一步操作。
2、然后打 開(kāi)火種燃?xì)忾_(kāi)關(guān)，按下點(diǎn)火按鈕，查看關(guān)火孔內(nèi)苗火是否點(diǎn)燃。
3、苗火點(diǎn)燃后，打開(kāi)主火開(kāi)關(guān)，便可正常使用。
4、zui后調(diào)整燃?xì)忾_(kāi)關(guān)大小至合適狀態(tài)，以控制燃火器火焰強(qiáng)弱。

志銘實(shí)業(yè)·電加熱鐵板燒設(shè)備操作說(shuō)明
A、首先開(kāi)啟風(fēng)機(jī)電源，檢查抽風(fēng)系統(tǒng)，正常后再進(jìn)行下一步操作。也可以暫時(shí)關(guān)閉排煙風(fēng)機(jī)，等實(shí)際操作時(shí)再開(kāi)啟。
B、然后按下電源按鈕，設(shè)備進(jìn)入待機(jī)狀態(tài)，按下加熱啟動(dòng)按鈕，加熱系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入加溫狀態(tài)，直至溫度達(dá)到設(shè)定上*停止。zui后設(shè)備的加熱原件會(huì)在數(shù)字溫控的控制下，在上限和下限溫度之間循環(huán)工作。
C、溫控設(shè)定流程：首先，打開(kāi)電源開(kāi)關(guān)，電源燈亮，開(kāi)啟動(dòng)摯，按SET0.5秒屏幕顯示CC。
注：1、LOCK值0為kaisuo，1為閉鎖，其他為出廠設(shè)置，禁止更改。
2、PH溫度上限值嚴(yán)禁超過(guò)380℃。
3、將CC設(shè)定成上限下限之間的差值（即上限減去下限值）。
4、將P設(shè)成0。
5、SV值設(shè)定成要求值減去1/2CC值。
例：要上限100℃，下限80℃，將CC設(shè)定成20℃，P設(shè)定成0，SV設(shè)成90℃，儀表到100℃時(shí)停止工作，到80℃時(shí)開(kāi)始工作。
