一、主要結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
      本機(jī)于白酒、葡萄酒、飲料等行業(yè)的新款硅藻土過濾機(jī)。是白酒、葡萄酒、飲料及糖漿等過濾的優(yōu)良設(shè)備，可濾去白酒中雜質(zhì)，使過濾后液體達(dá)到清澈透明。該機(jī)采用結(jié)構(gòu)特殊的過濾元件---過濾燭棒，是若干根結(jié)構(gòu)特殊間隙恒定不變的空心金屬棒體，過濾效率高，易清洗，是到目前為止*秀的過濾元件之一。因采用了燭棒倒立式安裝的特殊結(jié)構(gòu)，使過濾物的殘余量zui小。該機(jī)占地面積小，生產(chǎn)效率高，運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低，是理想的硅藻土過濾設(shè)備。
      該機(jī)由過濾罐、過濾燭棒、混合罐、攪拌裝置、膜片泵、預(yù)涂管路、輸酒管路、CIP清洗管路等組成。

1: Main structure features
   This is a type of new-generation filter for spirit, wine, syrup and beverage filtration. The foreign matter in the wine can thus be rid of and the filtrate is clear and transprent. A kind of special filter part- filter candle sticks, which are a certain number of hollow metal sticks with special structure and constant space in between each other, is one of the best filter parts till now for its high efficiency and conveniency of cleaning. The residues could be utmostly reduced thanks to adopting special structure of standing upside down installation of the candle sticks. It is ideal diatomite filter equipment for its small operation space, high efficiency and low running cost.
   The filter system consists of filter tank, filter candle sticks, mixing tank, stirring equipment, membrane pump, precoat pipeline, wine transportation pipeline and CIP cleaning pipeline.
