蛋卷成型機
1）Introducing設(shè)備介紹：
The Model HTL-2200 Machine is a domestic new-generation fully-automatic production line, researched developed with Japanese top-notch technology, to produce hollow-core stick. The production line is made up of a beating machine for raw semi finished materials, a curing main machine,two conveyors, two slurry-poured
machines a conveyer belt.
HTL -2200型號設(shè)備是國內(nèi)新一代的全自動生產(chǎn)線，研究了并使用日本的技術(shù)開發(fā)，生產(chǎn)蛋卷空心棒。該生產(chǎn)線是由一臺原料打漿機用于原料和半成品材料，一臺烘焙主機，兩臺送漿機，兩臺灌心機和輸送帶。
2) Product processing生產(chǎn)過程：

After baking, the soft bar is scraped by a scraper put in reeling shaft to circle into a bar shape. cut into a needed length to be collected in the conveyer belt, through grooved rails.
根據(jù)配方原料放在打漿機上攪拌抖均勻的粉漿，用送漿機送到烘焙機加熱的輪鼓上，烘焙后，刮刀將軟的粉條刮出，放進卷心棒軸（本機組配二組芯棒軸）繞成棒狀，切成所需的長度，利用坑槽送至輸送帶收集。
3) Characteristics基本特點：
l The baking machine is heated with gas to give a space of a effective temperature-holding, utilizing energy reasonably, by a automatic control system including ignition, alarm cut-off gas generator temperature control devices.
