一、產品簡介Introduction

　　●能夠將溶液、乳濁液、懸浮液、熔融液或膏糊狀物經噴霧干燥在幾秒鐘內蒸發(fā)水份，生產出符合要求的粉狀、顆粒狀、空心球或圓粒狀產品；

　　●將空氣通過加熱器轉化為熱空氣進入裝置在干燥室頂部的熱風分配器然后均勻地進入干燥室內，同時將料液送至裝置在干燥室頂部的離心霧化器，將料液噴成極小的霧狀液滴，使料液和熱空氣并流接觸，水份迅速蒸發(fā)，在極短的時間內干燥為成品；

　　●成品可連續(xù)地由干燥塔底部和旋風分離器中輸出，廢氣由風機排出。

　　●The hot air enters the chamber evenly through the hot air distributor on the top of the drying chamber,ａnd the material liquid passes through the centrifugal atomizer at the top and becomes very small mist droplets.

　　●The material liquid and hot air are brought into concurrent contact,the water evaporates quickly,ａnd it can be dried into a finished product in a very short time.

　　●The finished product can be continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator,ａnd the waste is discharged by the draught fan.
