大孔樹(shù)脂吸附分離機(jī)組特點(diǎn)：
大孔樹(shù)脂吸附分離技術(shù)是采用特殊的吸附劑，從中藥復(fù)方煎液中選擇性地吸附其中的有效部分，去除無(wú)效成分的一種分離純化新工藝?？梢越鉀Q中藥生產(chǎn)中所面臨的劑量大、產(chǎn)品吸潮和重金屬殘留等實(shí)際問(wèn)題。經(jīng)大孔樹(shù)脂吸附技術(shù)處理后所得到的精制物，可使藥效成分高度富集，雜質(zhì)少，提取得率僅為原生藥的2～5%，而一般水煮法為30%左右，醇沉法為15%左右；可有效地去除吸潮成分，有利于多種中藥劑型的生產(chǎn)，并增強(qiáng)產(chǎn)品的穩(wěn)定性；可有效地去除重金屬。大孔樹(shù)脂吸附分離工藝所得提取物體積小，不吸潮，容易制成外型美觀的各種劑型，尤其適用于顆粒劑、膠囊劑、片劑等的生產(chǎn)，使中藥的粗、大、黑制劑升級(jí)換代為現(xiàn)代制劑。該技術(shù)將是對(duì)中藥提取工藝影響、帶動(dòng)面的技術(shù)進(jìn)步之一。
Characteristics of macroporous resin absorbing and separating unit：
The macroporous resin absorbing and separating technology is a new separation and purification technology that adopts special absorbent to selectively absorb the effective parts from the boiled compound liquid of traditional Chinese medicine and remove the ineffective components. It can solve the problems of high dosage, product moisture absorption and heavy metal residual etc. during the production of traditional Chinese medicine. The refining products obtained through the macroporous resin absorbing technology will make the effective components of medicine higher with low impurity, and the extracting rate is only 2~5% of crude drug, which is about 30% through water boiling method and 15% through alcohol precipitation method. 該樹(shù)脂柱結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)良好，合理的高徑比，精密的進(jìn)出口流體分布裝置，配備自動(dòng)裝填系統(tǒng)和空氣壓縮氣接口，保證了大孔樹(shù)脂柱裝填效果和填料再生效果，為高效分離提供了保障。
