型號：LX400連續(xù)真空熬糖機  
特點：Model Lx400 continous vacuum cooker can guarantee the quality of the syrup, sanitary and humanization designing, easy to operate and maintain.  Also the runnin state is of being stable.
規(guī)格：Production capacity: 400kg/h
Steam requirement:
1. Consumption: 250~400kg/h
2. Pressure:0.5~0.7MPa
The syrup before cooking temp.:105~110 C.
The syrup after cooking temp.:135~140 C.
Total power: 8.5 kW.
　
詳細介紹：Model Lx400 continous vacuum cooker can guarantee the quality of the syrup, sanitary and humanization designing, easy to operate and maintain.  Also the runnin state is of being stable.

The syrup is dosinged by a pump which is controled by a frequency inverter. After this, the syrup is heated by the steam then flowing into the vacuum room via a unloading valve. After the vacuum and steam processing the final products will be storaged in the active vessel.
